More info

In the 4th Century BCE, the Greek philosopher Aristotle came up with a list of ways we're hard-wired to think about things. That was over 2000 years ago and Aristotle's categories (as we now know them) are still one of the best basic tools to develop clarity and depth of thought, increase mindfulness and enhance cognitive processing and awareness. Writers can use them to endow characters with life, and spin stories from thin air. What use will you put them to?

This Odyssey Grid provides a fun way for individuals and educators to inspire creative use of Aristotle's Categories.

The resource includes printables (A4 and US Letter); a hyperlinked interactive PowerPoint Presentation for use with students; a teachers' pack; and a printable colour image of the Odyssey Grid.
